The design

This house design has a simple concept with a size that is not too large and does not have complicated details so that it will facilitate its construction. To give an interesting touch, the owner can add a slightly lighter color.

The floor plan

For the floor plan, this house has several rooms that can be lived in with a small family. There is a living area, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms.

On process

The construction of a house starts from the foundation which is made strong by using concrete. Each corner of the house is also equipped with iron and concrete so that the small house remains sturdy and safe.

The roof

The roof uses a shed type combined with lightweight and cheaper materials. Installation is easier so it's no wonder that the work on this house is only 2 weeks with a budget of 100K.

Almost done

Now the house is almost complete. Some windows have been fitted with frames and glass. The roof has also been installed properly so that the house looks shady.
